Day 1 Weightloss Journey

Written throughout day

6:30am- woke up

This would be my usual time to brew half a pot of coffee and drink 300 calories in creamer.

Mixed -8 oz. of water wither 2 teaspoons of aloe .

I wish I would’ve recorded my reaction. This drink taste amazing. I was so surprised by that. My concern wasn’t that the product tasted good, but hey, not complaining !

Also for someone who has a hard time going to the bathroom. I went immediately after drinking it. Whether that was the direct cause or not, my stomach felt great after drinking it. Usually drinking/eating first thing makes me nauseous. Even with coffee, but I would suffer through to get energy.

Meal 2

1 egg

1/2 cup egg whites

3 handfuls of spinach

1 0z cheddar cheese

1/2 cup brown rice



Incline/decline press

Flat bench press

Triceps press

45 minutes on elliptical (sweating my butt off)


Today was my first day back at the gym. It was so much less intense than what I was doing pre wedding. I am looking to be consistent.

After the gym I grabbed this baby! I planned for this to be 3 servings but it ended up being 2.

I ended the day with a migraine of epic proportions. My husband brought me miso soup home, which he always does when I’m sick. I went to bed early and that was that!
